Dana Announces Appointment Of Two New Directors

(Maumee, OH) board of directors. Muscari has served as the CEO of Minerals Technologies, a global producer of specialty mineral products, since 2007. Prior to that, he held a series of roles at Alcoa. Wallman served as the senior vice president and CFO of Honeywell from 1999 to 2003. He served in the same capacity from 1995 to 1999 at AlliedSignal.
