In her new role, Siedlaczek continues to supervise major accounts and adds additional business development and agency administrative responsibilities. Battista, who has also been one of the managing directors running the company for most of the past 25 years, is retiring. … GM has appointed Kevin Williams as the new president and managing director of GM Canada. Williams had been responsible for leading GM Service & Parts Operations (SPO). This change comes amidst a restructuring of GM’s North American leadership. … Tom Hendrickson — executive vice president, treasurer and chief financial/administrative officer at The Sports Authority — has been nominated to the O’Reilly Automotive (Springfield, MO) board of directors to serve as an independent director. This follows the May 2009 death of Joe Greene, an independent director. … Bosal has announced the appointment of Aad Goudriaan as its new CEO. He will take over April 1. Goudriaan joins Bosal from DAF Trucks N.V., where he served as president and vice president of Paccar.
