Size and Pricing  Our ad space is printed on a 3-column layout (1-column width = 2-3/8", 2-columns = 4-5/8") on an 8-1/2" X 11" page and sold at a flat rate of $180 per column-inch for a minimum of run 3 consecutive issues, and $100 per each additional issue beyond the first 3 issues. Inserts, larger fractional ads and custom work is gladly quoted per specification. Contact the publisher for specific details.

Deadlines  To make the deadline for our weekly issue, we must have all ad materials done and approved by noon on Wednesday prior to the issue going out to subscribers on Friday. For most clients, we format the ad for them at no additional charge, though finished materials can be supplied. We prefer electronic files in either Acrobat PDF format or as a QuarkXpress document.

Payment arrangements.  To be finalized prior to publication. We accept all major credit cards and will invoice at the publisher's discretion.

4C Display Advertising

Advertising Positions. There are no more than five (5) ad positions available within the editorial pages each issue. All ads are positioned at the bottom of the editorial pages after the first page of the newsletter. The newsletter never carries more than one ad per page, so that advertiser enjoys exclusivity in the issue the ads appears.

Advertising Sizes And Specifications. There are just four (4) fractional ad sizes available on the editorial pages within the newsletter:

• 1/6H = 7.25 inches X 1.5 inches
• 1/4H = 7.25 inches X 2.25 inches
• 1/4V = 3.60 inches X 4.50 inches
• 1/2H = 7.25 inches X 4.25 inches

All ad positions are 4C and are no bleed ads. All ads in email version linked to your website if requested.

Full page ad positions are only available as electronic/print inserts quoted per request.
